1. Delete from the app
- Finish any delivery you are on.
- Open Profile → Delete account and request a code by SMS.
- If your wallet has money in it, choose to receive it as a final payout to your UPI id (even below the usual minimum) or to give it up.
- Enter the code. You are signed out and your account is closed at once.
2. Without the app
Email hello@recursx.in from any address, or call +91 70674 66990, with your registered mobile number. We verify it is you with a WhatsApp code and delete the account within 7 days.
3. What is deleted and what is kept
- Removed: your name, email, address, emergency contact, UPI id, photo from your profile and signed-in sessions. Your phone number is released so you can sign up again later.
- Kept, as the law requires: delivery, wallet and payout records for 8 years; verification documents for the period required for compliance and disputes; location points until their normal 30-day deletion.
