1. Who can be a partner
- You are at least 18 years old.
- For a motorcycle or scooter: you hold a valid driving licence for it, and the vehicle is registered, insured and roadworthy as the law requires.
- The details and documents you give us are true and your own. We may reject or suspend an account whose documents we cannot verify.
2. How deliveries work
- When a shop confirms a customer's payment, the order is offered to partners. The first partner to accept gets it.
- Go to the store. Press START only when you have the parcel - START works only near the store.
- Go to the customer. Press DELIVER only when you hand it over - DELIVER works only near the customer's location, or with the 4-digit code the customer received.
- Orders are prepaid. Never ask a customer or shop for money.
- If something goes wrong on the road, use "Report a problem" in the app or call support.
3. Earnings
For each completed delivery you earn the per-km rate set by Daily Samvaad (shown in the app) multiplied by the road distance from the store to the customer, rounded up to the next rupee. The amount is shown on the order before you accept it and added to your wallet when you press DELIVER.
Cancelled or failed deliveries are not paid unless our team decides otherwise. We may correct an earning credited by mistake, and we tell you in the app when we do.
You are responsible for your own taxes. Where the law requires us to deduct tax at source or report payments, we will, and we may ask for your PAN.
Incentives
From time to time Daily Samvaad may run incentives on top of the per-km rate - for example a bonus for reaching a number of deliveries in a day, extra pay for orders delivered in certain hours, or a weekly streak bonus. The current incentives and your progress are shown in the app's Incentives tab. Incentives are offered at our discretion and can be changed, paused or ended at any time; a bonus you have already earned under the rules shown at the time is credited to your wallet. Deliveries made by breaking these terms (for example with a fake location) do not count, and bonuses paid for them may be reversed.
4. Withdrawals
You can withdraw from your wallet once a day to the UPI id on your account. See the Payout Policy for the minimum amount, checks and timings.
5. Conduct and safety
- Follow traffic laws and wear a helmet. Your safety comes before any delivery. In an emergency use SOS in the app or call 112.
- Be polite to shops and customers. Do not open, swap or damage parcels.
- Do not use apps or tricks to fake your location, and do not let anyone else use your account.
- Keep customers' details private and use them only for the delivery.
- Follow the Partner Guidelines.
6. Cancellations, ratings, blocks and reports
You may cancel an accepted order before START. Frequent cancellations take you offline for the day and may lead to suspension.
Shops can rate you, block you from their future orders, and report a problem to us. You are told about each in the app. We review reports and may contact you before deciding anything.
7. Suspension and ending the agreement
We may suspend or end your account for breaking these terms, fraud, a safety risk, invalid documents, or repeated complaints. You may stop at any time and delete your account in the app. Money you have earned is paid out as described in the Account Deletion page.
8. Liability
You are responsible for your vehicle, your driving and the parcels in your care. To the extent the law allows, RecursX is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the earnings due to you in the previous three months.
9. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms; the app asks you to accept a new version before your next order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
