For delivery partners

Who can become a delivery partner?

Anyone 18 or older with an Android phone, WhatsApp, a vehicle (motorcycle, scooter, e-scooter or bicycle) and a UPI id. Motor vehicles also need a valid driving licence.

How do I sign up?

Install the app, sign in with the code we send to your WhatsApp, then add your details, a selfie, a photo of your vehicle with its number plate, your licence and your UPI id. Our team checks everything, usually within a day.

How much will I earn?

A fixed rate for every kilometre by road from the shop to the customer. The exact amount for an order is shown before you accept it, and it is added to your wallet the moment you deliver.

What are incentives and how do I get them?

When Daily Samvaad runs incentives you see them in the app's Incentives tab: a bonus for reaching a number of deliveries in a day, extra money per order in busy hours (like lunch time or rain), and a weekly streak bonus. They are added to your wallet automatically the moment you qualify - you don't have to claim anything. Incentives can change, so check the tab.

What does SOS do?

Press SOS on the Home or delivery screen if you are hurt or in danger. You can call 112 straight away, send your location to the Daily Samvaad team so we call you, and send your location to your emergency contact on WhatsApp.

Can I use the app in Hindi?

Yes. Tap EN/हि at the top of any screen, or choose the language in Profile. The app remembers your choice.

When can I withdraw my earnings?

Once a day, to the UPI id on your profile. Every withdrawal is confirmed with a WhatsApp code. Most arrive within minutes; some are checked by our team first and are paid the same or next working day.

Why is my withdrawal being checked?

Large amounts, a recently changed UPI id, a new account and a few other safety signals send a withdrawal to our team before it is paid. You will see the payment, with its UTR or a screenshot, in the Wallet tab when it is done.

Do I have to accept every order?

No. You choose when to go online and which orders to take. Cancelling after accepting is limited, so only accept orders you can deliver.

Why won't START or DELIVER work?

They only work when your phone shows you at the shop (START) or at the customer's location (DELIVER). Turn on precise location and step outside if the signal is weak. If you're at the door and it still won't work, ask the customer for their 4-digit delivery code.

Do I collect cash from customers?

Never. Every order is paid before it is handed to you. Do not ask the customer for money.

What if something goes wrong on a delivery?

Use "Report a problem" in the delivery screen, or call us on +91 70674 66990.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete account in the app. Withdraw your balance first, or choose to give it up.

How do I start using Daily Samvaad Delivery?

In your SAMVAAD dashboard open Your Agent → Outlets & delivery, edit the outlet's delivery, and choose "Daily Samvaad Delivery" under Who delivers. The outlet needs its location pin and a phone number.

Who pays the delivery fee?

The customer. Their total is items + delivery, and they pay it all to your UPI. Every morning we send you yesterday's invoice - each order with its food and delivery amounts - and you pay us just the delivery fees with one tap.

When is a partner booked?

As soon as you confirm the customer's payment - with "Mark payment received" or by accepting their payment screenshot. You'll see the partner's photo, vehicle and phone once they accept.

Can I still deliver some orders myself?

Yes. Before pickup, "Deliver it myself" takes the order back - no delivery fee is billed for it. Other outlets can stay on self delivery.

What happens if I don't pay an invoice?

Each daily invoice is due in 2 days and we remind you on the due date. If it's still unpaid after that, Daily Samvaad Delivery is paused for your outlets - new orders use your own delivery, and the rest of SAMVAAD keeps working. Paying switches it back on straight away.
