Partner Guidelines

How to deliver safely and well - what shops and customers expect from every Daily Samvaad partner.

Last updated: 8 October 2026 Effective: 8 October 2026

These guidelines keep customers, shops and partners safe. Repeatedly breaking them can lead to a block by shops or suspension by us.

Safety first

Helmet on, traffic rules followed, no phone while riding.

Be courteous

Greet, be patient, and keep it professional.

No cash

Every order is prepaid. Never ask for money.

Respect privacy

Customer details are for this delivery only.

1. On the road

  • Always wear a helmet and follow traffic rules. Never ride after drinking.
  • Use the Navigate button and look at the screen only when stopped.
  • In bad weather or an emergency, stop safely and report a problem in the app.

2. At the store

  • Tell the shop the order number. Check the parcel is sealed.
  • Press START only once the parcel is in your hands.
  • If the order is not ready, wait or chat with the shop - do not cancel just to take another order.

3. At the customer

  • Call the customer if you cannot find the address.
  • Hand over the parcel unopened, then press DELIVER.
  • If the location pin is wrong, ask the customer for their 4-digit delivery code.
  • Never ask for money, a tip or a rating.

4. Never

  • Fake your location or use someone else's account.
  • Open, eat, swap or keep any part of an order.
  • Contact a customer after the delivery for anything not about the delivery.
  • Be rude, threatening or unsafe towards anyone.
